Holiday Gift Guide for Those of Us Who Haven't Started Shopping Yet

1. For the one who doesn't have time to cook healthy meals.
One thing I never want to spend my time doing is cooking. Some people love it. I don't. Especially when it comes to lunch. I like to eat healthy and vegan. The rest of my family doesn't. Now that I work from home, I order my lunches from Sprinly.
Sprinly delivers healthy, vegan meals that are fresh and ready to heat and eat. This is perfect for my lunch. Often, I found myself eating cheese sticks and crackers for lunch because it was quick. The problem was that I wasn't eating very healthy for lunch, and I wasn't even eating a real meal.
This caused me to eat MORE because I ended up snacking a lot because I was never really satisfied with my food.
If you or your gift recipient don't enjoy cooking, this is the perfect gift. They even have digital gift cards.
2. For the one who loves to read but falls asleep after only 2 pages.
Whether it is self-help, escapist novels, business growth, or some other genre, reading is a treat that we often can't find time for. Call in: audiobooks. WIth a subscription to Audible, your gift recipient can listen while driving or exercising or doing the laundry. Audible has several gift subscriptions, from 1-12 months. You can even gift a specific book.
3. For the one who needs to escape but can't physically get away.
Sometimes we feel like we need a break, yet we can't figure out how to take one. In the meantime, a gift subscription to the Calm app can help a frazzled friend or loved one escape mentally in order to feel more calm in the midst of a chaotic schedule.
Calm is one of the best apps for meditation, mindfulness practices, improved sleep, and music for relaxation. You can give a one year or a lifetime subscription.
4. For the one who needs a reboot.
Sometimes everything seems off and we need to start at the beginning again. In my book The Lawyer, the Lion, & The Laundry: Three Hours to Finding Your Calm in the Chaos, the reader clarifies values, improves time management skills, creates a life plan, learn mindfulness techniques, and develops a mind management system to build work-life integration that is sustainable.
The book can be downloaded immediately as an e-book, or a paperback version can be sent by express mail or FedEx. It is written to be read in only 3 hours, so even the busiest person can find time during the holidays to read it.
5. For the one who wants someone else to handle all those little annoying tasks that weigh on our minds.
Need someone to mount the new TV on the wall? Wouldn't it be great to have someone else do the grocery shopping? Need that door fixed but don't have a handyman?
TaskRabbit is a same-day service platform that instantly connects users with skilled Taskers to help with odd-jobs and errands, so you can be more productive, every day. They offer gift cards as well (scroll to the bottom of the page). You'll need to create an account to purchase a gift card. Maybe you'll start delegating tasks too!
