Why now is the perfect time.

You may be thinking, now is not the right time because we are coming into the holiday season and it's too busy and I'm too distracted. This is precisely why now IS the perfect time.

1. We are all motivated to make changes when it comes time to make New Year's resolutions. What if you had spent a month contemplating what changes you want to make and crafting a plan so that by January 1, you were ready to implement, right when everyone is getting motivated to make a change!

2. One skill we work hard to develop is time management. One of the best times to work on that skill is when we are busy.

3. Another tool we develop is mind management. This is best utilized when we're in high-stress situations. Bring on the stressful holiday season!
