But do we really need more?

More Is Not Always Better

We are all striving for more.

More money. More time. More enjoyable work. More.

It occurred to me today - as it has many times before: I don't need more.

My 6th-grade daughter just left for a week of sleepaway camp with her middle school. Like every time she leaves for more than a day at school, I always have a moment of "what if."

What if something happens. What if I never see her again. What if.

I know that's partly my anxiety and partly realism.

So as I had these thoughts today, I realized - again - that I don't want more. I have everything I need so long as my daughter is safe. I have food and shelter, work, and lots more.

Happiness is a choice so long as our fundamental needs are met. I choose happiness.

How about you? Do you choose happiness too?

Why Lion Life One-on-One Coaching?

As a practicing lawyer, writer, speaker, and parent, there was never enough: not enough time, not enough help, not enough.

But I figured out a better way, a way to enjoy life without always looking for more. If you want to feel like you have enough. If you want to know you are enough. If you want to believe you do enough, let's chat.

Let's chat to see if working together works! You tell me what's going on; I'll tell you what I think is getting in your way. I'll tell you if I can help. If we both think it's a good fit, we can talk about what working together would be like.
