Exhausted lawyer needs sleep and four kinds of rest
We had a cold going through our house earlier this week, and we were TIRED! Sleep helped us feel better (and tylenol). 
Often we need more than just sleep to rejuvenate, especially if our exhaustion is more mental exhaustion (something like burnout) than pure physical exhaustion. And let's face it: with our mostly sedentary work-days, we often need mental rest more than physical rest.
With that in mind, in my recent post for the MD State Bar Association, I shared five ways to get the Five Kinds of Rest we need to feel energized, mentally and physically.
