Calm in the Chaos - Tips for a Better Life
Where Have I Been? At the Labyrinth

Sometimes taking a vacation is a lot of work. Getting ready to get away takes a lot of preparation, especially to make sure things run smoothly at work while away. That's why I've been MIA for about 3 weeks!
It was a wonderful vacation. One of the things we did was walk the labyrinth in Kapalua. I love labyrinths.
There is only one way in and one way out. There are no decisions to make as you walk the labyrinth, other than how fast to walk. I recommend slowly.
It is a perfect walking meditation because you just walk. No decisions. Nothing to do. And it takes a long time to get from the beginning to the middle and back out again. You must enjoy the process because it is only about process.
It's the polar opposite of getting somewhere in the shortest distance - a straight line.
It reminded me that life is about the journey. As our tour guide app told us: There's no need to rush, you're already there! You're in Hawaii!
I want to bring this lesson with me. There's no need to rush. I'm already here - in my life. Enjoy the journey!
Aloha!
