How to Handle S-L-O-W Progress (a.k.a. How to Keep Going When You Feel Like Nothing Is Moving Forward)
I'm not naturally a patient person. I must breathe a lot for patience. As you know, meditation helps me with this, as does yoga, running, and occasionally wine. :-) Because of my natural inclinations, I like for things to happen quickly -- especially progress. Even when we work toward them daily and make progress, it can feel like NOTHING is happening. One of the best ways to alleviate this feeling is to write a list of all your successes with that project and in life.
